Sure, we do biryanis — chicken, mutton, veg — but that’s just chapter one.
There’s a whole spread waiting beyond that, from homestyle curries (chicken, mutton, veg), to crispy cutlets and slow-roasted specials, to full South Indian breakfasts: idly, pongal, vada, sambhar, chutney.
The Royal Circle is our private VIP WhatsApp group where we share menus, early updates, and small surprises for our regulars. More than 100 people are already part of it.

Mooral’s biryani keeps you full but never heavy or tired.
The rice is light, the flavors are balanced, and the spice is just right. You finish the box looking forward to the next spoon, not reaching for water.
It isn’t oily, it won’t have you burping every few minutes, and it tastes like food from a home kitchen.
Our biryani has the comfort of a family meal and the taste that brings back memories of celebrations and gatherings.
Yes, we have vegetarian options. Along with chicken and mutton, we always keep space on the menu for veg biryanis, curries, and starters.
The Bala Bhai Hyderabadi Veg Biryani has become a regular pick, and you’ll often find people who usually order meat happily switching to it.
We also serve other vegetarian specials depending on the week’s menu.
Most weeks we keep the spice level mild to medium, so it works well for adults and is still fine for kids.
For party orders, you can choose how you want it. Mild, medium, or extra spicy, we’ll cook it the way you ask.
Mooral’s food is cooked at home, just like a regular family meal.
We make everything fresh in our kitchen, the way we do for our family every day.
Most of our recipes are the ones we grew up eating, and still cook when friends come over.
That’s what makes it feel closer to a family meal than a takeaway order.
Definitely. We handle party and event orders too.
We often cook for birthdays, housewarmings, baby showers, and family get-togethers.
We’ve cooked for groups as large as 60 guests and are ready for bigger ones too.

Me? I cooked biryani. Weekend after weekend.
It started way back in 2007, right after college. YouTube wasn’t big then, and recipe blogs were rare.
But I was lucky. I had a bunch of Hyderabadi roommates. Every weekend, we’d cook together, laugh, fight over salt, and somehow end up with a pretty good biryani.
Then came the next chapter: the Netherlands.
New roommates. Again from Hyderabad. Again biryani weekends.
But the way they made it? Totally different from what I knew.
That’s when I started trying things my own way. A little from here, a little from there. Some experiments were great. Some were... let’s say, forgettable.
And then came the biggest turning point — I got married.
My wife has this uncanny ability to taste something and tell exactly what’s missing.
I’d make a version, she’d taste it. Then another. And another.
And slowly, over many Fridays and taste tests, we landed on the one.
That’s the version you now know as Bala Bhai Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.
Now, it’s the biryani I make for friends, family, and fellow foodies.
And every time someone tries it for the first time, they pause, smile, and say — this one’s something else.
It's not just a recipe.
It's 18 years of stories, cities, roommates, taste tests, and one brutally honest wife.
All packed into one dum.
